Do you know any other league that protects its superstars like the NBA and gives them special calls?

I really honestly do not know a league that goes to this extreme. Maybe it's because of the fouling out. Wade should have been kicked out of 2 games in 2006 due to foul trouble in the finals, but the refs just wouldn't call it. And the traveling LeBron and Wade are guilty off is ridiculous also. The entire NBA travels and no ref wants to see anything, but you almost never see Kobe or Wade called for it. And this stupid flopping players like Wade and LeBron do is the worst ever. They even give them those calls, even if the ref is right there. I have no clue what the 3 refs are even for.
