How authentic is Outback Steakhouse?

I have in-laws visiting next week from Austria and I'm wondering how authentic Outback Steakhouse is. I think it would be nice to treat them to dinner and show them how America has respect for foreign cultures. Maybe in time they could move to America so my wife doesn't keep dragging me to Austria. I truly despise the place and those people.
