Does Anyone Know of a Steakhouse on 2nd Avenue...?

My husband heard on the radio of someone going to a steakhouse in NYC on Second Avenue that served their steak wrapped in bacon. I have searched and searched and searched the internet but cannot find which restaurant does that. Does anyone know which one it may be??? Thanks in advance.
