What are the recipes for the dipping sauces at Sake Japanese Steakhouse?

My fiance and I love eating at Sake Japanese Steakhouse and are curious if there are recipes for their dipping sauces available. They have a ginger sauce and a honey mustard-like sauce and we'd like to try to replicate them at home.
