Tips on important date?

Ok so me and this girl have been "talking" for about a month. We go out and the whole nine yards. She is on a mission trip in florida this week and I wanted to be officially be my girlfriend when she gets back. So I was thinking, there is this really nice steakhouse (coat and tie dress) and I was planning on taking her there and have flowers put on the table, what kind should I do? And then go to my house and ask her out...should I ask her at my house on the couch or should we go for a walk in the park after we eat? Of course it may be kinda dark after we et and it may be a little sketchy to walk in the park at that time of night. Ive always treated her like a princess, open car doors, etc...so any tips would be greatly appreciated. And girls, what is your idea of a perfect night? Thanks in advance!
