Another question about menu for reception, involving STEAK.?

Can you ask the place if you buy the steak for them, how much are they going to charge you to serve it. If they agree you can go to a resturant supplier in your area and buy bulk and for 40 steakes it may cost you much less than what the resturant will charge. Good luck.
