If republicans don't think they have more authority on whats constitutional than the supreme court then?

Because some people do not agree with the Roe vs. Wade decision. It was an interpretation that has nothing to do with abortion but with "privacy". In this case we should all be allowed to whatveer drugs we want, have assisted suicide and do whatever we want with our own bodies.
