I offended my girlfriend's Christian parents. How do I fix this?

Just keep on trying, show them that you're a good person and you didn't mean to offend them, you weren't raised in a religious house hold and you were nervous 'cause you liked their daughter and you wanted to make a good impression, here are some tips if they give you another chance: #1 wear a nice gray or black suit with a tye that's the color of your eyes #2 wear black socks with brown or black dress shoes, #3 try to make conversation with them without any jokes #4 tell them you're not sure what you want to do with your life right now but since you met their daughter, she said she believes you can turn your life around and you're definitely going to be working on it. And finally #5 get someone to go shopping with you to get some new and more in style clothing (no offense) it's just what you had worn to the dinner with her parents was not something anybody should wear.
